The ICFC’s Elimination Round was conducted this same day and tonight, we encourage you to scream your lungs out and extend your warmest congratulations for support because this is the way we should end this October as we proudly, and loudly announce to you that our 4th-year JPIA-PnC delegates, namely: Ms. Marissa Dianne Gregana, Ms. Kristine Angel Vasquez, Ms. Rachel Joy Junio, Mr. Jian Reyes, and Mr. Piolo Garcia together with their coach, the BSA Department Chair Prof. Dan Ryan Magalang, made it to the final round of the 22nd Inter-collegiate Finance Competition (ICFC) ranking 12th out of a total of 53 schools nationwide.
The ICFC, organized by the Junior Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (JFINEX), is the PH’s longest-running finance competition, and is one of the nation’s largest business and finance competition which aims to seek the best of the best students in the finance field all over the Philippines.
The competition was held concurrently by 53 schools from all over the Philippines and out of the 53 schools who brought in their best teams to compete, our delegates from Pamantasan ng Cabuyao, with the knowledge and intelligence vested in them by God, managed to successfully outwit other universities by garnering a total of 260 pointsΒ throughout the whole competition.
In line with this, the team is now set to compete in the upcoming final roundΒ to be conducted at the Philippine Stock Exchange Tower this coming 25th of November. Therefore, let us once again show our utmost support to our delegates and pray that they may successfully bring home the bacon!
And once more, the whole JPIA and CBAA family congratulate you on your hard-earned achievement, and we believe that this is just the beginning to a series of great milestones from our organization.
We are always truly proud of you, our fellow JPIAn Dangal ng Bayans! May this triumph serve as the encouragement to everyone who will represent our university and organization in future competitions.
